Stephen Akoi joined Delta Projects in 2016 in the role of Director of Residential Services. With a background of over 15 years in non-profit residential services, he had previously held positions including Case Manager, Residential Manager, and Division Director at organizations including HMEA and The Arc of Opportunity. Stephen’s career at Delta Projects began in Residential Operations, where he assumed overall responsibility for a group of six residential programs. In 2022 Stephen was promoted to the position of Director of CBDS (Community Based Day Supports), where he now oversees the operational and budgetary aspects of Delta’s day programs. Stephen brings a unique perspective to Delta’s leadership team due to his extensive experience managing both residential and day services divisions.

Stephen holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Worcester State College.
