Nonprofit work can be unpredictable. Sometimes, resources need to be used creatively, including the skills of the people involved. Flexibility and willingness to assist in any way possible are crucial. Radiah Spencer embodies these qualities perfectly. As a Case Manager at CBDS, she not only excels in her role, positively impacting everyone in the day program, but also extends her expertise to other areas within Delta.

When Monique Perrault, the Coordinator, was on leave, Radiah stepped in to oversee Delta’s Intensive Flexible Family Supports (IFFS) program. Monique praised Radiah for her ability to connect with families and DDS, effectively assessing their needs and swiftly providing support. Upon Monique’s return, Radiah ensured a seamless transition, continuing to support her colleague in any way she could.

Radiah, your adaptability in taking on various responsibilities within Delta, and handling them with skill and professionalism, is truly commendable.
