Ruth Antonucci joined Delta Projects in 2018 as the Director of Residential Operations, bringing over 30 years of social service and non-profit management experience to the organization. She began her career working for the Massachusetts DDS at the Belchertown State School while pursuing her undergraduate degree. Ruth has been in senior leadership roles in multi-service, community-based organizations that provided residential and vocational services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and brain injuries throughout Central and Eastern Massachusetts. She also has considerable information technology experience as the administrator of a computer network for a large social service agency as well as providing consultation and training nationally about databases designed for social service and healthcare organizations. Currently, Ruth has responsibility for the overall operations of Delta Projects’ residential homes, including the Intensive Respite Program.

Ruth holds a B.S. degree from the University of MA – Amherst in Psychology and a M.A., C.A.G.S. degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College in Worcester, MA.
