Jean Reynolds joined Delta Projects in 1979 as a Direct Support Professional with the opening of our Adult Intensive Respite Program. Currently serving as Director of Quality and Improvement, she has held many different roles over the years in both Residential Services and Administration, including Program Director, Trainer and Director of Operations. She remains committed to ensuring the individuals served by Delta Projects are supported to live happy, self-fulfilling and healthy lives. She holds a B.S. Degree in Rehabilitation Services and Psychology, and is an active volunteer in fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
