We are excited to honor Jamal Louis for his hard work and contributions to Delta Projects. Jamal has consistently shown great communication skills, frequently checking in with his team members, and is always excited to talk about personal interests and hobbies with the folks at Fitch Terrace. His encouragement to step outside of comfort zones and explore new opportunities has had a lasting impact on the individuals he works with, says House Manager Andrew Arraial, no matter if it’s at work or in the community. His efforts go far beyond expectations, and his leadership is truly admirable, which is why we want to recognize him for the Delta Difference Award.

Jamal’s presence is one of positivity and support, making him not only an outstanding leader but also a valued teammate. He approaches each day with enthusiasm and takes pride in helping others succeed, whether through thoughtful guidance or stepping in to take on extra responsibilities when needed. His genuine care and commitment to the team create an environment of trust and encouragement, making Jamal invaluable to everyone at 57 Fitch Terrace.
