Kelley Doel
Kelley Doel joined Delta Projects in April 2016 and has been instrumental in the startup and development of our day services. Kelley brings more than 20 years of non-profit leadership experience to Delta. She began her career as a Supported Employment Coordinator working with people with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities at PRIDE Inc. in Taunton, MA and is passionate about helping people with disabilities make meaningful contributions in their communities. She later went on to lead the startup and day-to-day operations of more than a dozen state and federally funded programs for employment, education, housing and workforce development while serving as the Director of Operations for Economic Development at the South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) in Framingham, MA. Kelley has developed programs for a broad array of target populations including programs for people experiencing chronic mental illness, incarceration, substance abuse, poverty, homelessness, trauma and disability. More recently, she worked as a consultant in the capital budget office at the MBTA and served as Director of Programs at the Women’s Lunch Place, a women’s day shelter in Boston. Kelley earned her bachelor’s degree in History & Education from Gordon College and holds a certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from Boston University.
